We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Trainer to join our team on a contractual basis. As a Educational Trainer in French Language, you will play a vital role in delivering effective language training programs to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide engaging and interactive language instruction, ensuring students develop proficiency and confidence in the French language within a specified timeframe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct language training sessions following a structured curriculum and utilizing effective teaching methodologies.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with the French learning objectives and cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and student engagement.
- Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance also providing constructive feedback.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress, address concerns, and foster a positive learning environment.
- Adhere to established schedules and timelines, ensuring the successful completion of language training programs within the specified duration.

Qualifications:

- You should have a strong command of the French language, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. Native or near-native fluency is typically expected.
- A bachelor's degree in French or a related field, such as linguistics or education, is commonly preferred. However, in some cases, relevant work experience or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Prior teaching experience, particularly in language instruction, is highly valuable. This could include working as a language tutor, instructor, or teacher in a formal or informal setting.
- Possessing a teaching certification or diploma in language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA) can enhance your credentials as a language trainer. These certifications provide you with valuable knowledge and techniques.
- A solid understanding of French culture, customs, and traditions is important to provide context and enrich the language learning experience for your students.
- As a language trainer, you must be an effective communicator and have strong interpersonal skills to interact with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using technology for language teaching, such as virtual classrooms, online learning platforms, and language learning apps, can be beneficial.

**Salary**: ₹250.00 - ₹400.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
