Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to support recruitment, retention, and cost optimization efforts.
  2. Execute HR analytics projects for talent acquisition, capacity building, leadership, engagement, and process improvement.
  3. Present recommendations using executive presentations, briefings, reports, and data storytelling to HR and business leaders.
  4. Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and internal stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver analytics solutions.

Required Skills

  1. Qualification: MBA (HR)
  2. 4–6 years of professional experience in HR analytics, HRIS analysis, or related roles
  3. Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, other functionalities), PowerPoint and data visualization tools (such as Power BI).
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable interpreting large data sets and presenting findings. 
  5. Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and ability to work with diverse teams
