Job Title: Institutional Relations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Institutional Relations Coordinator to act as the key bridge between our company and educational institutions (colleges, schools, universities, and training centers). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with institutions, strong networking skills, and the ability to drive meaningful collaborations that support our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and training institutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and institutional partners.
  • Initiate and coordinate seminars, workshops, and awareness programs at various institutions.
  • Identify and onboard new institutions for company initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback from institutions to the management team.

Skills

  • 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in institutional outreach, liaison, business development, or education sector relations.
  • A strong existing network of contacts across schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for institutional visits and events.
  • Good research and event tracking skills must stay updated about major events happening in the city/town.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
