Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR
Job Purpose
To manage the end-to-end recruitment process, handle salary administration, and implement employee engagement initiatives to ensure smooth HR operations and a motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding including campus hiring.
 - Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
 - Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
 - Ensure timely hiring of quality candidates to meet business needs.
 
2. Salary Administration (Optional)
- Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
 - Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records.
 - Ensure statutory compliance related to salary (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
 - Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements.
 
3. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
 - Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
 - Maintain employee records and HR databases.
 - Support grievance handling and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
 - Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring adherence.
 
Qualifications & Skills
- Only female candidates from Odisha & West Bengal is required.
 - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or executive role.
 - Experience of handling various job portals &knowledge of recruitment tools, payroll systems, and labour laws.
 - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
