2. Screening & Selection

4. Offer Management

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems (e.g., VirtuO or ATS).

6. Employer Branding

  • Promote the organizations culture and values to attract talent.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events.
