Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter, based in Hyderabad. The IT Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, with a focus on IT and technical roles. The individual will collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, manage job postings, and maintain candidate pipelines. Additional responsibilities include managing the interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
  • Strong expertise in IT Recruitment, with a focus on technical and specialized roles
  • Experience in Hiring and managing large-scale recruitment efforts
  • Knowledge of Technical Recruiting techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is a plus
