Role Summary-

The role holder is responsible for Managing Products lines for Bullion Business covering product launch, product & process management and business development within the regulatory framework .2. Benchmark and Monitor competition trends and initiate new strategies. 3. Process Improvements and new Product Development ideas to achieve incremental cross sell and increased share of wallet to maintain highest service delivery standards. 4. Ensuring compliance to various regulatory requirements & monitoring product parameters 5. Providing necessary MIS / Reports & Management updates.

Strategic/ Managerial
Responsibilities

  • Undertake Business Development activities through new product offerings/ tapping new customer segment/ geography
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction through process improvements/ Reduced TATs/ better customer service levels
  • Drive business through sales channel by ensuring proper sales support/ knowledge dissemination & trainings
  • Adherence to Regulatory framework and liase with external stakeholders for bullion related policies
  • Liase with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless business process flow.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sustained Revenue Generation:
  • On boarding new bullion suppliers/ effective sourcing of bullion from International bullion suppliers to increase profitability
  • Define focused sectors for bullion offerings and track for product penetration in the CRM
  • Track and Monitor the agreed revenue targets/limits utilization levels for bullion products and associated through puts and acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow Bullion Business
  • Tracking / reviewing/ monitoring targets vs achievements for Business Performance- client wise/ PSM wise on critical business parameters.
  • Ensuring proper sales support to PSMs through availability of bullion inventory/ managing logistics and
  • Ensuring proper training and knowledge dissemination related to bullion business to PSMs
  • To update management through regular business reporting.
  • New Business/Product Development and Liability Generation:
  • Rolling out New product development / Product enhancement within the permitted regulatory and compliance framework
  • Approaching RBI/ regulatory authorities for necessary permissions for product launch
  • Tapping new customer segments through tailor made product offers
  • Competition benchmarking of the products/ processes on continuous basis and undertake product refinement / process reengineering to ensure highest standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Seeking feedback from clients/ PSMs/ Operations & Treasury on existing product offerings and identification of improvement areas
  • Publishing Product / customer segments/ geography specific sales analytics reports enabling PSMs/ RMs better sales management
  • Ensure Cross sell by exploring clients banking requirements and bundling of offers

  • CA/ MBA
