Job Overview
Pentaaqua Private Limited is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in either Mumbai or Delhi. This full-time position requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen and strategic planning skills to expand our market presence and drive business growth. The successful candidate will employ their industry knowledge and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop solutions in line with company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in lean six sigma methodologies to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency across projects.
- Extensive experience in process mapping to identify and document existing processes, enabling improvements and strategic enhancements.
- Skilled in change management, adept at guiding organizations through transitions effectively and ensuring successful implementation.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with business process model and notation for clear representation of procedures and systems among stakeholders.
- Proficient in agile methodology, enabling flexibility and continuous improvement in project management and execution.
- Experience with process mining tools to discover, monitor, and improve real business processes by extracting knowledge from event logs.
- Adept at KPI development to measure performance and drive organizational success through effective metrics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand business reach and impact.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster a collaborative business environment.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry reviews to inform strategic decision-making and competitive positioning.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with company goals and directives.
- Prepare financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to guide management decisions and strategy development.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align business development strategies with company operations and capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and build professional networks.
