
Inside Sales Account Executive

As the Inside Sales Account Executive you will focus on identifying, attracting and "hunting" to close win business from brand new and some existing customers in India, having a portfolio of their own to develop and grow, and supporting the overall goals and objectives of the India business unit, to maximise their earnings potential by exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify and close opportunities to develop new revenue from new and existing customers.
- Increase revenue by effectively selling to customers in the India market using the tools and training to operate productively in terms of customer contacts and sales conversion.
- Provide customers with fast and competitive winning quotations.
- Collaborate with Oerations to ensure they are aware of sales onboarding to ensure they are fully aware of business coming.
- Ensure customers maximise the Customer Portal fully to place their orders, helping them to see the value of using the Biocair tools.
- Provide input and escalate where required for addressing customer issues, providing corrective and preventative actions with the assistance of the appropriate team members.

In addition, you will demonstrate these key competencies:
- Experience of hunting, selling, winning sales from new and existing customers
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Experience using CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide corrective and preventative actions for customer issues.

Please note this is a full time role, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 09:30 to 18:30 for first 3 months and then shift rotation each month to alternate between 09:30 to 18:30 and and 11:00 to 20:00, with occassional weekends and public holidays. Based at our office in Bangalore.
This is a India based role and the right to live and work in India will need to be established during the recruitment process.
