Position -Process Lead-Contract management
Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase-2)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM(US SHIFT)
CTC LPA((Including 10% Variables)
Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the LPO industry, specifically in contract management and working on CLM platforms.
Must-have experience in Drafting, Negotiation ,Redlining ,Abstraction ,Summarization Additionally, 23 years of experience in team management and quality management roles
Primary skills:
• Strong expertise in the contract domain with experience across multiple LPO projects.
• Proven people and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of contract processes, including drafting, negotiation, redlining, abstraction, and summarization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to create project documentation, including workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Proficient in computer applications and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
