About the Company:

We are a leading ENA and Ethanol trading organization engaged in the supply of grain-based Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) and Ethanol to major distilleries, bottling units, and industrial buyers across India. With a strong procurement and logistics network, we aim to strengthen our trading division by appointing a dynamic professional to manage our ENA and Ethanol business operations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Trade Manager to lead and manage the sales and marketing operations of our ENA and Ethanol division. The candidate should have strong product knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and proven experience in handling buyers and sellers across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sales, marketing, and trading of ENA and Ethanol across different states.

Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential buyers (distilleries, blenders, bottling units, and industrial users).

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply schedules between buyers and sellers to achieve maximum profitability.

Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and finance teams for seamless execution of trade orders.

Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and government policies impacting the ENA and Ethanol sectors.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with excise and state-level regulations.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present business performance updates to management.

Represent the company in business meetings, trade events, and industry interactions across India.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / Business / Science; MBA in Marketing or International Trade preferred.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in ENA, Ethanol, or related industrial trading.

Strong understanding of distillery operations, government supply procedures, and bulk alcohol trading.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multi-location clients and handle extensive travel schedules.

Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented with strong market intelligence.

Preferred Attributes:

Existing network with distilleries, ENA buyers, or ethanol blending companies.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.

Confident in client interactions and deal closures.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
