About the role:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with around 1 year of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, content platforms, or SaaS. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about product development, user experience, and driving growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, technology, marketing, and content to plan, launch, and scale features that enhance our portal's performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Trade Brains portal.
  2. Perform market research and competitor benchmarking, and gather user feedback to uncover opportunities.
  3. Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
  4. Monitor product performance using analytics tools, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  5. Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and wireframes.
  6. Manage the product backlog and assist in sprint planning with the tech team.
  7. Track and analyze KPIs such as user engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
  8. Support A/B testing and experimentation to enhance user experience and conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or any related field.
  • 1+ year of product management experience (internship + full-time combined acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, wireframing, and agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fintech, stock markets, and digital platforms is a plus.
  • Finance and stock-related knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550, ₹700,000.00 per year
