Product Delivery Associate – Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Delivery Associate to help manage and deliver our Digital Marketing classes. This role requires strong coordination skills and basic digital marketing knowledge. You will support trainers, help students, and ensure classes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily class schedules, attendance, and reminders.
  • Coordinate with trainers and students for smooth class delivery.
  • Handle student queries through calls, emails, and CRM.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and feedback sheets.
  • Ensure all classes and batches run on time without issues.
  • Support the team in improving the overall learning experience.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is important (SEO, Ads, Analytics, Social Media).
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and basic tools.
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude.
