About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads.
  • Develop strategies to increase online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
  • Research and identify new trends in digital marketing to keep strategies up to date.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective spending on campaigns.
  • Prepare reports on digital marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Agency experience will be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
