About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of digital initiatives for ITV Network news website. You'll work closely with editorial, technology, design, and marketing teams to enhance audience experience, optimize engagement, and drive revenue growth through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and manage the digital product roadmap aligned with editorial and business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through data insights, competitor analysis, and user feedback.
- Prioritize features that improve reader engagement, session duration, and conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with editorial teams to understand newsroom workflows and integrate them into digital tools.
- Collaborate with tech and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences across devices.
- Coordinate with marketing, SEO, and analytics teams for traffic and retention optimization.
Execution & Delivery
- Write clear PRDs (Product Requiren
em
t Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Oversee sprint planning, QA testing, and timely delivery of new features or enhancements.
- Ensure basic QC and technical validation before production rollout.
Performance & Analytics
- Track key metrics like traffic, CTR, engagement time, bounce rate, and subscription conversions.
- Use A/B testing and user insights to refine content recommendation, homepage design, and UX flows.
- Partner with analytics to measure product impact and identify optimization areas.
Technology & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital publishing, personalization, and content monetization.
- Support integrations such as paywalls, newsletters, push notifications, and video platforms.
- Work with DevOps and tech teams to ensure performance, scalability, and uptime of the platform.
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain alignment with multiple stakeholders—editorial, sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Communicate priorities, timelines, and progress transparently.
- Balance short-term fixes with long-term product evolution.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Media, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in digital media, news, or publishing.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (CMS, APIs, analytics, SEO).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA)
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in Google Analytics / GA4 or Comscore.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance editorial sensibility with product performance and revenue goals.
Annual CTC- INR 10,00,000 to INR 12,00,000
