Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor based in Mumbai. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow across the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, managing team performance, upholding food and beverage quality, and addressing customer feedback promptly. The role involves fostering a positive dining atmosphere, training staff, and collaborating with management to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills, including leadership, staff training, and team management
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences and addressing feedback
  • Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear and effective coordination with staff and customers
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a supervisory role
  • A degree or diploma in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous
