Customer Support Executive – Night Shift

(Australian-Based eCommerce Company)

We are an Australian-based eCommerce company looking for a Customer Support Executive (Night Shift) to support our customers during Australian business hours. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working night shifts and delivering high-quality customer service across email, live chat, and ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via email, live chat, and support tickets during night shift hours
  • Provide accurate order status updates, shipping information, and resolution timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch) to resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Assist with order changes, size updates, artwork clarifications, and payment confirmations
  • Manage after-sales issues such as delivery delays, missing items, size concerns, or incorrect orders
  • Maintain clear and accurate notes in the ticketing system
  • Follow internal escalation processes for urgent or complex cases
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure all communication aligns with the company's professional brand tone
