Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and contractor bills.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting, analyzing, and verifying account information.
  • Monitor and manage company expenses; prepare, review, and report on budgets and forecasts.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 accounts professionals.
  • Handle ESR and TDS returns, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
  • Oversee project cost management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain vendor and client relationships; address inquiries and resolve financial issues promptly.
  • Assist in tax preparation and compliance activities.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and stay updated with accounting regulations and industry standards relevant to construction companies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts and finance within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and statutory regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
