Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and manage accounting systems effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience in finalization of accounts, and leadership skills to manage a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle statutory audits, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and other compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team leadership and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
