Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant vendor payments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, ERP proficiency, and a process-driven mindset to streamline workflows and support financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient invoice processing and vendor payments.
  • Monitor daily AP operations including invoice verification, approvals, reconciliations, and disbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms (TDS, GST), and internal controls.
  • Review vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and address payment-related queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with procurement, stores, and finance teams to streamline invoice and payment workflows.
  • Prepare monthly AP reports, aging analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and clarifications.
  • Identify process gaps and lead automation or efficiency improvements in the AP cycle.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent)
