Position: Senior Project Executive – cum – Admin Executive

Location: Surat

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site / Field Role

CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA + Travel Allowance

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Project Executive – cum – Admin Executive to oversee and support our store and distribution center operations in Surat. This role involves managing project execution, coordinating with vendors, handling administrative functions, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project coordination for new store setups, renovations, and on-ground operational execution
  • Handle end-to-end admin responsibilities such as documentation, utility bill management, rental agreements, audits, and inventory control
  • Act as a liaison between vendors, landlords, and internal teams (Admin, Projects, Stores, and DCs)
  • Conduct regular field visits to stores and DCs for asset verification, vendor coordination, maintenance checks, and documentation follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate trackers and reports for project progress, vendor invoices, and expense logs using MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ensure timely submission and closure of compliance documents as per company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to coordinate across departments and manage field activities independently
  • Strong follow-up and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, data tracking)
  • Good knowledge of city routes and willingness to travel daily for field work
  • Experience in admin operations, documentation handling, and project execution support
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based role

Additional Requirements:

  • Daily travel within the city is mandatory
  • Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350, ₹400,000.00 per year
