Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Agra. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of U GRO Capital's financial products and services. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing client needs, developing customized financial solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Experience in Business Development and opportunity identification
  • Knowledge of Financial Products and Services
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Excellent Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the lending industry or MSME sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other productivity tools
