Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative, based in Lucknow. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. The role involves conducting market research, actively engaging potential clients, and scaling revenue through strategic initiatives. Collaboration with the team to achieve sales goals will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development strategies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in Sales and fostering long-term client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving targets
- Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
