Role Overview
We're looking for an
experienced Business Development Manager
with a strong background in
IT software services
— particularly within cybersecurity, QA, or emerging tech domains. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record
of generating new business, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in global markets.
You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and representing our brand in the global technology and security ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in
IT services
, especially in
cybersecurity, QA, FinTech, and Web3
sectors. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with
CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
across industries. - Lead end-to-end
sales cycles
— from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and closure. - Collaborate with the
technical and delivery teams
to create tailored solutions aligned with client needs. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive business strategy.
- Represent the company at
industry events, meetups, and online communities
to enhance brand visibility. - Meet and exceed
quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years
of experience in
Business Development / Sales
within the
IT software services
industry. - Proven experience selling
cybersecurity, QA, or software development services
(preferably to global clients). - Strong understanding of
FinTech, Web3, and emerging technology landscapes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with
CRM tools
and lead management platforms. - Ability to work independently with a strategic, target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with
cybersecurity or blockchain-focused IT companies
. - Strong global business network, especially in
FinTech, Web3, or SaaS
domains. - Technical understanding of software development or security concepts is a plus.
