Strategic Planning: Ability to design and execute enrollment strategies aligned with institutional goals
Leadership: Strong team management, motivation, and performance-tracking skills.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of engaging with parents, students, and stakeholders professionally.
Sales & Conversion Skills: Persuasive skills to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel, and data tools to track trends and performance.
Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on delivering a seamless and supportive admissions experience
Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally with academic, marketing, and operations teams
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic educational environment.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or educational sales, preferably in K12 schools, junior colleges, or coaching institutions.
At least 3 to 5 years in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing admissions or enrollment teams
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets in a competitive academic environment
Experience working with CBSE and IB affiliated institutions
Minimum 7+ years
