About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Sales Application Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams for our Air Flow Ventilation Products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement
- Understand and assess customer requirements to provide suitable product solutions.
- Offer technical and commercial support for Air Flow Ventilation Systems.
- Promote the company's range of ventilation and air distribution products to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Quotations & Order Management
- Prepare and issue quotations as per customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the factory for order processing and timely delivery.
- Track and update customers about order status, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate sales records and assist in achieving sales targets.
3. Market & Technical Support
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in ventilation systems.
- Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, seminars, and product demos.
- Visit project sites for technical evaluation and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC product sales, preferably in airflow or ventilation systems.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, product specifications, and system layouts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections.
