Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Coordinator – Sales who will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating site visits, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our technical team. The ideal candidate should be motivated, confident, and passionate about renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote solar panel connections under government subsidy programs.
- Visit domestic and commercial clients to explain scheme benefits.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local authorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for site assessments and installation scheduling.
- Provide daily field reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems (preferred, not mandatory).
- Must have a bike/scooter with valid driving license and vehicle documents.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
- Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
