Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Associate located on-site in Varanasi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role involves daily interaction with customers, understanding their travel requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, the Sales Associate will handle sales documentation and coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research and Client Needs Analysis
  • Proficiency in Sales Documentation and Coordination
  • Ability to work on-site in Varanasi
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
