Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate to work in our Varanasi Stores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

6. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.

7. Participate in visual merchandising and store displays.

**Requirements**:
1. 0-5 years of retail sales experience.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.

5. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
