**Job Title**: Jewellery Trainer

**Location**: Based in Noida | Frequent Travel to Jaipur Required

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years in Diamond, Polki, Kundan, and Jadau Jewellery
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured training programs on jewellery types, craftsmanship, and brand story.
- Conduct in-person training sessions across locations to improve team knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Special focus on educating teams about **Diamond, Polki Diamond, Kundan, and Jadau** pieces.
- Evaluate staff performance post-training and provide constructive feedback.
- Support onboarding and induction for new retail hires.
- Regularly update training content in line with evolving market trends and product launches.
- Work closely with HR and Store Management to plan and execute training calendars.
- **Must Have**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in jewellery training.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian jewellery forms.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently from **Noida to Jaipur**.
- **Preferred**:

- Certification in Gemology or Jewellery Design.
- Prior experience with luxury jewellery brands.
- Bilingual proficiency (Hindi and English).
