**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist sales consultants in attending to walk-in customers.
- Learn and support in handling different jewellery categories - gold, diamond, kundan, polki, and gemstones.
- Maintain showroom displays, stock arrangement, and inventory records.
- Support in customer follow-ups, inquiries, and relationship management.
- Assist in billing and documentation process under supervision.
- Gain exposure to showroom promotional activities and events.
- Work closely with senior team members to understand end-to-end jewellery retail operations.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate / pursuing graduation (preferably in fashion, retail, jewellery design, or related fields).
- Strong interest in jewellery, luxury products, and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a learning mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) will be an advantage.
