**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide detailed product information, including design, purity, weight, and price.
- Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and organization of the counter.
- Handle billing, receipts, and cash/card transactions accurately.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through professional and personalized service.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, product trends, and ongoing promotions.
- Ensure security and proper handling of jewellery items.
- Coordinate with inventory and back-office staff for product availability.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **12th pass / Graduate** (any stream).
- **1-3 years of experience** in retail sales (experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Pleasant personality with good grooming and professional etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and computer operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,532.65 - ₹25,690.07 per month
