Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive information about jewellery products, including metals, gemstones, and styles.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and suggest suitable products.
- Process transactions and manage sales records accurately.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewellery pieces.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends and new product arrivals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in handling sales transactions and using POS systems.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
