**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery that suits their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide detailed product information and educate customers about the quality, cuts, and types of gemstones, precious metals, and other jewellery pieces.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Sales**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Arrange and maintain product displays, ensuring they are attractive and accessible to customers.
- Adhere to security procedures to protect against theft and ensure the safety of customers and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a jewellery or luxury goods environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- High level of professionalism and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other sales-related technology.
- A passion for jewellery and a good understanding of the latest trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional training or certification in jewellery or gemology is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- The position is based in a retail setting, which may involve standing for extended periods.
- The role may require working weekends, holidays, and evenings based on store hours.

**Compensation**:
