**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Royal Bakery products to retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Handle product displays and ensure proper presentation at customer outlets.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales team.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of bakery products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and payments.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, well-mannered, and confident in dealing with customers.
- Sharp-minded with the ability to think quickly and solve customer concerns effectively.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion.
- Experience in FMCG or bakery sales will be an added advantage.
- Must be punctual, honest, and hardworking.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Prior experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of local geography and customer behavior.
