This is a unique paid opportunity to work directly with founders, learn hands-on about the business of AI course delivery, and contribute to a modern, global startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule, host, and manage live Zoom sessions for various AI classes and Masterclasses.​Maintain and update enrollment data, track student participation, and support onboarding processes.Create visually engaging presentations and course materials (Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required).​Communicate professionally with learners to address queries, send updates, and collect feedback.Contribute to general community management and foster a positive, engaging online learning environment.Support basic sales activities: follow-ups with prospective students, communicate offers, and assist in community promotions.​Collaborate on special projects and learn operational best practices in a high-growth AI startup.Maintain confidentiality of student data and handle administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree, ongoing study, or strong relevant experience.Excellent command of English (written and verbal); strong communication skills are essential.Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Strong interest in AI, tech, or startup culture.Previous customer service, sales, or online community experience is a plus.Sales mindset and willingness to experiment with growth initiatives.Benefits & Career GrowthPaid internship with the opportunity for permanent, full-time employment (with significant salary increase) after 3 months based on performance.High-impact learning environment at the intersection of AI and education.Direct mentorship from founders and exposure to the operations of a Canadian edtech company.Flexible, fully remote work aligned to IST—a perfect fit for Indian candidates.​Develop tech, sales, and communication skills essential for any future career.This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone passionate about AI, eager to grow with a startup, and ready to contribute to building the next generation of online education.
