Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecalling Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, explaining our services, and supporting lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain exposure to client communication, sales support, and customer relationship management in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients to promote company services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Support the sales and marketing team in lead generation and database management.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  • Confidence in speaking with diverse clients over the phone.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRMs is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, good listening skills, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
