We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The primary goal of this role is to drive sales growth by effectively communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone, qualifying leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Qualification:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers (prospects) using provided leads and cold-calling techniques to introduce our [products/services].
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, identifying decision-makers, and assessing the potential fit for our solutions.
- Sales Execution:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling and clear argumentation to prospective customers.
- Successfully close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Handle customer questions and objections confidently and professionally.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain and develop positive business and customer relationships.
- Arrange follow-up calls or schedule meetings/demos for the field sales team when necessary.
- Administration & Reporting:
- Diligently manage and update all sales activities, customer information, and results in the CRM system ([e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or specific system name]).
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports on activity, results, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
- Product Knowledge:
- Continuously learn and maintain deep knowledge of our [product/service], market conditions, and competitor activities.
