Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain call logs and document customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

- **Experience**:6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, call handling, or customer support.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
