Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.

Explain products or services to prospects and answer questions.

Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.

Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.

Maintain call records and update CRM systems.

Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate. Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to handle rejection and stress in calling. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹9,074.02 per month
