Team Management:Supervise, motivate, and guide the telecalling team.Monitor individual and team performance to ensure targets are met.Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, provide feedback, and address concerns.Quality Assurance:Ensure telecallers maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.Monitor live and recorded calls to assess quality and provide constructive feedback.Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.Training & Development:Provide ongoing coaching and training to telecallers to improve performance.Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs.Facilitate role-playing exercises and refresher sessions.Performance Monitoring:Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call volumes, lead conversions, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates.Prepare and submit performance reports to management.,

Pay: ₹16,600.00 - ₹28,900.00 per month

**Education**:
