Job Description:
We need a Telecaller who can speak both Hindi and English well. You will call customers to remind them to pay their overdue bills and help them set up payment plans.

**Responsibilities**:
Make calls to customers to remind them about overdue payments.

Answer calls from customers about their bills and payment options.

Keep records of all customer communications.

Negotiate payment terms with customers.

Report any complex payment issues to your supervisor.

Provide good customer service and represent the company positively.

Follow company policies and keep customer information confidential.

Qualifications:
Experience in Accounts is a plus.

Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

Fluent in Hindi and English.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Honest and trustworthy.
