**Job Title: Banking Collections Telecaller**

**Job Summary**: As a Banking Collections Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers who have overdue payments and assisting them in clearing their outstanding debts. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a customer-centric approach to resolve payment issues while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

- **Knowledge of Banking and Financial Products**: Familiarity with loan structures, credit card systems, and payment collection procedures.
- **Attention to Detail**: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all policies.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Contact**:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments, loan installments, and credit card bills.
- **Debt Collection**:

- Negotiate payment plans and settlement options with customers to recover debts.
- **Maintain Records**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, payment status, and agreements.
- Ensure all follow-up actions are documented and the progress is tracked.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure long-term repayment.
- Provide customers with clear information on the payment process, due dates, and consequences of non-payment.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Adhere to banking and regulatory policies, ensuring all collection efforts are lawful and ethical.
- Follow company guidelines and best practices for handling sensitive customer data.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Resolve customer complaints related to billing or payment issues effectively and professionally.
- Work to understand customers’ financial challenges and offer realistic repayment solutions.

**Work Environment**:

- This role typically involves working in an office setting with regular shifts depending on the company's operating hours.
