**Tele Collection Executive**

**Position**: Tele Collection Executive
**Department**: Collections
**Location**: Kovilambakkam, Chennai
**Language**: Telugu / Kannada
**Shift timing**: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
**Working days**: 6 days with 1 day rotational weekoff

Job Summary

A Tele Collection Executive is responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding payments on overdue accounts. The role involves understanding the reason for delays, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely debt collection while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain positive customer relations even during difficult negotiations to preserve customer loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and questions regarding account balance, interest, and fees professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of [6 months - 1 year] experience in tele-calling collection, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and account management.
- Ability to handle stress and challenging situations calmly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
