Payment Collection Officer

Mission

Key missions of the position:

- Follow up for payment realisation on time and sort out the concern raised by Customer for payment release.
- Collect the payment in 30 days and Nil overdue.

**Responsibilities**:
S&T
- Follow up for release of R note from respective consignee on time.
- Follow for certification of Non stock bills for early submission at accounts.
- Follow up of payment at accounts/finance and collect deduction/payment details.

AMC
- Co-ordinate with site in charge for timely submission bill.
- Follow up with Site In
- Charge for preparation and signing of M book.
- Co-ordination with workshops for document verification and processing of bills.
- Follow up at accounts for realisation of payment.

Common for S&T and AMC
- Attend and solve the query raised by customer for processing the bill.
- Represent to meet officer at any level for payment realisation.
- Collect EFT and deduction details
- Follow up and arrange DP/MA of respective railways
- Submission of BG/SD and also Follow up for release of SD/BG and EMD.
- Support regional sales/service team for any commercial support as required.
- Should be result oriented and good commercial understanding.
- Performing any other duties which the company may reasonably require

Education/Training
- Commerce /Engineer Graduate must.
- Post Graduation Optional

Professional Experience
- Minimum 4-5 Years of experience with relevant industry overall 7-8 Years of experience
