**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Collection**:

- Visit customer locations to collect payments for Bookwater products.
- Ensure that payments are collected on time and in full, as per the agreed terms.
- Record and maintain accurate records of all collected payments.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Provide customers with receipts for payments made and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Report daily collections and any discrepancies to the accounting team or manager.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers during payment collection.
- Address any payment-related queries or concerns raised by customers.
- **Route Management**:

- Follow the assigned route for payment collection efficiently and promptly.
- Ensure timely visits to all clients, maintaining consistency and reliability in collections.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Safeguard cash and ensure it is deposited safely in the designated accounts or with the appropriate authority.
- Adhere to Bookwater’s cash handling policies and procedures.
- **Follow-up on Outstanding Payments**:

- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure they are collected within the stipulated timelines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding outstanding dues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
