Location**:Chennai**

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers, introduce company products/services, and answer inquiries.

Provide detailed information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.

Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services to meet those needs.

Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to encourage repeat business and build lasting relationships.

Maintain accurate records of conversations, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, or sales generated.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, or queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and campaign implementation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines during all customer interactions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in **Tamil** and **English** (both verbal and written).

Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.

Ability to remain patient, polite, and calm in stressful situations.

Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Additional Information**:
Full-time position.

Working hours: 9am-6pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
