**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
- Provide information about products/services to potential customers.
- Maintain customer database and record all call interactions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Resolve customer queries and direct them to the relevant department if needed.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in [English/Tamil].
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is a plus.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
