Job Description for Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating leads or sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts and contact lists.
- Introduce company products or services and explain their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Listen to customer queries and concerns, and address them effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers to enhance brand loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Telecaller or similar role in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
