Job Description:

Decoinn Shri Balaji Multi Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, confident, and dedicated Telecaller to join our sales and customer service team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding products and services.

Explain company products (WPC Louvers, Panels, etc.) and answer customer queries clearly.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Confident, polite, and customer-friendly.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, data entry).

Freshers are welcome to apply.
